Maintenance Manager

Job Duties:

-Manage all aspects of the engineering and maintenance teams. Manage maintenance of production equipment, technical and maintenance-related systems, buildings and grounds for the facility, including responsibility for a maintenance budget.
-Capital project management, contractor coordination, and management of site and visiting engineers
-Manage the CMMS and preventive maintenance programs
-Plan, organize and direct maintenance manpower to meet production requirements and ensure downtime is kept to a minimum
-Coach, motivate, train and effectively manage the performance of hourly, multi-skilled maintenance mechanics
-Trains and enforces safety rules and regulations
-Actively identify and initiate process improvements to positively impact financial viability, service and product quality and customer satisfaction of the facility

Qualificatoins:

-5 or more years of supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance.
-Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems as well as gas systems, boilers and refrigeration
-Working knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controls ) - not a requirement
-Understanding of purchasing requirements
-Project Management (capital improvements) and budget management experience
-Highly effective leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability in coaching and developing others
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships at all levels and maintain a positive working environment
-Solid computer, planning and problem-solving skills are as must
PSM (Process Safety Management) and good understanding of process control

Monday - Friday
7:00am - 5:00pm
Saturdays
7:00am - 12:00pm or till 4pm (Based on client needs)
