- Provide Desktop Support
- Maintain Dell servers
- Maintain Dell work stations
- Maintain high speed dialer
- Troubleshoot hardware and network related issues
- Manage/document network inventory
- Order Server/Printer supplies
- Manage systems documentation
- Maintain Cisco Phone System
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year experience providing desktop support
- Must be MCSE certified
- Deep understanding of Active Directory and related technologies
- CCNA certification preferred but not required
- Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
- Team player attitude
- Professional demeanor
