About this job
We are looking for an experienced truck and or trailer mechanic for their 1st, 7am-3pm or 2nd shift, 3:00-11:30 Monday- Friday. Candidates will be performing the following duties on a daily basis: Fluid and filter changes, light repair or replacement, clutch jobs, transmissions, turbos, water pumps, wheel seals and brake jobs. candidates will do some work on trailers, but mostly the trucks due to their new clientel. Any experience with Freightliner brand is a huge plus. They are really looking for someone they don't have to watch closely, so ability to work with little or no supervision is also a big plus. welding (flux-core/mig) and fabricating experience is also a plus for this role.
Must Haves:
3+ years of heavy truck and trailer experience or an education equivalent
Must be willing to submit to a driving background or be able to obtain a Class A
Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test & BG Check
Must own their own tools and box
