POSITION SUMMARY
Cabinet Design or dentist chair design - works with Territory Sales Managers and Dealers to create custom cabinetry quotes that meet customer's specifications and needs. This role works under supervision, along with Quotes Department to ensure on time delivery of accurate quotes to customer, creation of Topfiles for customer services to create sales order.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Create custom cabinetry or price quotes as required by business need
* Generate custom countertop designs
* Create cabinetry drawings to support customer orders to ensure accurate visual representation for production
* Create custom cabinetry drawings using 3D modeling tools
* Work with engineering and manufacturing to create wood parts for custom cabinets and ensure a smooth, fast and efficient work flow process
* Works with Engineering, Quality and Operations dept. to insure compliance to all company procedures and processes.
* Maintain thorough documentation of all projects for quick and efficient future use and reference
* Cross-train with other team members to ensure design and production capacity
* Uses judgment and experience to identify critical areas and then performs engineering evaluation & calculation to create cabinet specifications

Solidworks Designer provides engineering support for the cabinetry department by providing sustaining engineering support to manufacturing operations and design front support to Research & Development Team. This role works under limited supervision of the Engineering Manager and Engineering Team
This role is responsible for designing of custom cabinetry for dentist offices to assure the design integrity of existing products.
