Position Overview:
The Full-Time Residential Concierge is responsible for the management of, and participation in, customer service activities required for the Residents and Guests. The Concierge represents the Condominium Association by maintaining good relationships with the Residents and ensuring continuous implementation of the Mission Statement and Standards of Success.

Position Qualifications:

A college education and/or 2 years of experience within the hospitality, residential or related industry.
Knowledge of surrounding area preferable.
Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English.
Knowledge of the computer systems for the Condominium, including but not limited to Email, Word and Excel.
Ability to communicate well with the public.
Fluency in a second language is desired.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervision and scheduling of Concierge and Door Attendants in accordance with the Staffing Guideline.
Coordinate with the Chief Engineer and Security Personnel in relation to residential matters.
Successfully complete Training Certification Process and review all departmental safety information, practice emergency procedures in compliance with Condominium standards, and react and assist in any emergency.
Learn, understand and energize the Standards of Success; participate in departmental problem-solving teams.
Perform all other related duties as assigned by the General Manager; assist other departments by providing lateral service when possible.
At all times exhibit a polite and professional manner reflecting a willing attitude to accommodate occupants, peers, and vendors.
Communicate all challenges to the General Manager.
Must have a professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills.
