One of the world's largest suppliers of branded office products is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Handle incoming customer calls with expedience and proficiency within the company standard.
* Enter service orders including new customer set up with accuracy and proficiency.
* Provide all pertinent information regarding service orders including resolution follow up to service technicians, customers or sales representatives as needed.
* Maintain current and accurate customer profiles and/or service maintenance notes.
* Develop a strong knowledge of ACCO products, policies, procedures and systems.
* Proactively promotes products, services and company's value proposition to customers.
* Maintains high activity level with current customers and prospects on a daily basis via telephone and email, and other modes of communication as appropriate.

Customer service/call center:
- going to be inbound phone calls, receiving information via telephone.
Agents are on the phone from time they get to work from time they leave,
- Will be taking direct calls from consumers regarding direct products in dated and school goods,
- These consumers are inquiring, asking, and requesting any special appeasements such as refunds.

- Could receive 200/week each individual. Depending on peaks, taking about 200-225 calls/ week.
All inbound calls for these agents.

- Will be using a web based program to put in and pull customers name, phone number, pull customer, click on profile, editing an order, copying an order, or place new order for customer.
- Not a repetitive data entry, clicking renew, making sure preferred payment method is in the system, will be editing credit card numbers. Put short brief summary of call and what inquiry was about.

- Candidates must be professional and responsible enough to handle and enter credit card information accurately. They are dealing with a large amount of calls, requests and orders from consumers.
