About this job

Manage the Corporate travel and expense credit cards along with purchase cards. These programs consist of 7,000+ corporate cards.

- Administrator of CVS Health Purchasing card and Corporate T & E card programs

- Manage the day to day maintenance and transaction reviews via online programs

- Responsible for reconciling all accounts and payments around travel and PCard purchases in line with our audit requirements for approval processes and record retention

- Review applications and issue cards to new employees as necessary. Train and educate users on new practices of card programs and reconciliation tool that they are responsible to reconcile expenses online for PCard purchases weekly

- Prepare and submit financial reconciliation for payment to Accounts Payable. Track debits and credits

- Conduct monthly audit of system and users to ensure compliance with CVS Health procurement practices, identify and implement ideas and actions that produce incremental improvement or innovative breakthroughs in processes and services, and identify customer key objectives and how they align with use of authorized procurement methods and compliance with Health procurement practices.

- Responsible for record retention and assist in conducting quarterly audit with Internal Audit

- Notify delinquent cardholders of past due balance and terminate service to cards until they resolve. Follow up with HR to ensure action is taken to resolve issues and exposure to CVS's financial rebate.

- Conduct bi-annual business reviews with Corporate Card provider to ensure we are meeting program objectives.

- Track rebate dollars against purchases in accordance with contract negotiations

- Assess requirements and justification for card issuance. Issue credit limits appropriately

- Prepare reports on spend trends, compliance adherence, etc. for Management review

Required Qualifications - Minimum two years previous purchasing/negotiations or Accounting experience

- Previous experience in Account Reconciliation

- Previous experience in managing corporate card programs

- Ability to communicate accurately, clearly and professionally

- Proven ability to plan and arrange work independently with minimal supervision

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required; PeopleSoft

- Work experience with a major corporate card program

- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

- Proven analytical skills to be able to manipulate and present financial analysis

- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within and outside of the organization

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Must be able to manage highly confidential information

Preferred Qualifications - US Bank Access Online and/or PNC Active Pay Online program helpful

- NACCP certification preferred

- International credit card experience
