This position is responsible for the timely, and accurate selection of all produce items to load the trucking fleet for each day's first delivery shipments, as dictated by the Routing Coordinators. It is imperative to properly load and wrap the pallets in a manner to allow them to be transported safely, so as not to compromise the product. It will be accountable to completely fulfill orders - with the exception of the items that the Market Buyer 'cuts' from any orders. A discerning eye for quality is essential. This is an essential position, requiring great attention to detail, while maintaining an efficient pace to allow the daily trucks to dispatch on time each day. This position requires pallet jack
