The Customer Service Representative for New York Korean market needs to have marketing/analytic skill, and Customer Service experience . This position will be supporting a cross-functional team of 4-5 by providing New York area marketing plan, market/sales analysis, and structuring customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide best customer care and CRM program to current and potential customers

* Communicate and coordinate with the Korean Market Manager and the Korean Team to
understand business/marketing objectives
* Analyze sales and marketing performance
* Support market planning and sales/marketing operation
* Take an initiative in structuring/operating Customer Relationship Management
* Sense of urgency, persistence, creative, and a take-charge, positive attitude

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or above
* Strong analytic skill
* Excellent planning and follow-through abilities
* Solid presentation, communication skill
* Market research and analysis experience
* Self-starter/strategic thinker
* Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
* Must have fluent Korean Speaking/Writing skill
