Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center Liberty Campus located in Liberty Township, Ohio. Liberty Campus is a newly remodeled satelite location for Cincinnati Children's with 42 inpatient beds. Unit has 'At Your Request' Room Service and Fresh Inspirations Cafe. Total managed volume is $1.2M with $325K in annual retail sales.
The Food Service Manager 2 will oversee retail and patient services and will drive Sodexo standards to promote customer satisfaction. The position will report to the General Manager 3 and have 15-20 direct report hourly staff. The ideal candidate will be an experienced food service leader, who demonstrates an excellent customer focus and exceptional process and systems skills. Previous experience in a healthcare environment would all be a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
