The Opportunity:
The Senior Business Strategy Analyst participates with the Strategic Development Team by analyzing and interpreting data and then suggesting ideas to drive business strategy and to identify trends and opportunities.
Accountabilities and Deliverables:
Lead financial modeling and perform opportunity and risk assessments for business development with pharmaceutical companies and other pharmacy partners
Synthesize quantitative analyses into business insights and develop recommendations for executive leadership to drive high-impact business decisions and to shape long-term strategy
Analyze, interpret, and summarize clinical, financial, and operational data to inform strategy
Lead special projects and present results to senior executives
Participate in business development discussions focused on growth strategy
Demonstrate critical thinking in complex situations and an ability to synthesize ambiguous data into concrete insights
Set milestones and execute across diverse groups of stakeholders
Prepare executive presentations on results of data analyses
Travel required up to 10%

The shining star in this role should have:
2-3 years' experience as a business or financial analyst with tenure at a consulting firm or a Fortune 500 company preferred
Proven ability to build powerful data models, synthesize results, and present insights
Strong analytical skills with the ability to probe, question, and listen
Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt easily to a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to meet deadlines and to adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment
Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint required, Access preferred
High level of Emotional Intelligence
Bachelor's degree
