- $9.50 to start increasing to $10.00
- 1st Shift
- Overtime available
Duties Include;
- Assemble lighting fixtures moving through a conveyor
- Prep and insert various components into lighting fixtures
- Hand drill components
- Touch up and rework fixtures as needed
- Wire/Cable as needed
- Test light bulbs
- Maintain housekeeping in the work area
Requirements Include;
- Hand, arm and finger dexterity
- Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust and assemble parts in a moving conveyor
- Ability to clearly identify colors and have a clear vision
- Capable of reading and understanding flow charts, blueprints and instructions
- Good communication skills
- High sense of teamwork
- Customer-focused with a sense of urgency
- Experience in Lean Production
