About this job
PSG technician shall provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders under the general supervision of the medical director (M.D., D.O., PhD), Sleep Center Manager or designee. This may involve polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services, or patient care and education. Perform the duties defined for a Polysomnographic Technologist as required. May provide supervision of other staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Current certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. BLS or CPR certification
? Experience as Polysomnography technician and good bedside manner is a MUST
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven ability to work independently with only general supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
