About this job
Performs the following dock clerk duties for multiple aircraft maintenance docks. Assists with aircraft maintenance Bill of Work (BOW) set up prior to aircraft arrival. Files and organizes BOW paperwork on a daily basis. Responsible for the final accountability of BOW paperwork per the GPM. Distributes BOW copies as applicable. Rotating shifts may apply. Data input into various systems as required. Other support staff duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Minimum typing skill of 35 W.P.M.
Must possess excellent office and communication skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required
Ability to use Power Point and SAP is preferred
Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
Travel to the interview and any subsequent relocation expenses are the responsibility of the candidate.
The current relationship between the Position Levels of Legacy AA and Legacy US is pre-organizational. Payscale Level (AA) and Pay Grade (US) provide general mapping and may not result in a pay adjustment for promotions, laterals and demotions. Final level will be determined upon final organization design and implementation.
