The Mission of the Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Lease Group is to be the highest-quality provider of specialized lease trustee and related services in the national and international markets. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant 2. This position will assist the CTS Lease Group Manager and the business line with the following:

Assist CTS Lease Management team with various administrative tasks. Prepare routine weekly and monthly meetings for Lease Manager. Helping Lease Manager and his management team with keeping files organized and up to date. Booking travel for line of business. Be a resource for the management team for policies and procedures relating to office administration and expenses. Managing expenses for line of business and ensuring the office has the resources they need while staying within policy. Submitting and tracking invoices sent to Accounts Payable. New Hire onboarding and offboarding for Lease Management team. Assisting line of business with all event planning for team members and customers. Maintaining monthly reports for new business and revenue tracking. Assist with creating fee bids to be sent to customers Occasionally back up the front desk receptionist. 1+ years clerical experience in an office setting. Strong knowledge of MS Office products - particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Experience scheduling meetings/working with calendars Experience working with senior management Strong written communication skills Experience with Concur and Staff Management Knowledge of Business Objects Knowledge of IQ Navigator Ability to communicate with senior management and executives Strong oral communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize tasks to meet the changing demands of the office Ability to maintain confidential information
