JOB DUTIES
- Prep food
- Cook/Plate food orders from Kitchen Lead
- Keep kitchen/station clean
- Occasional dish pit duties, as needed
JOB EXPECTATIONS
- Be able to multi-task (grill/deck oven/plating)
- Good time management skills
- Serious attention to detail
- Be able to be consistent and productive during kitchen ebbs and flows
- Understand what FIFO means
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years in a commercial kitchen setting
- Brunch experience is a plus
- Clean and presentable
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, including Sundays.
