JOB SUMMARY:
The Mountain Creek/Action Park In-Market Representative is part of a team of knowledgeable and personable individuals that help drive brand awareness to counties all over New Jersey and New York. These reps are enthusiastic about Mountain Creek/Action Park and enjoy traveling with a co-worker to new locations and share with others the unique amenities that call our resort home. The most important responsibility of an In-Market Representative is to build excitement and anticipation for Mountain Creek/Action park and to educate potential customers in market about all the incredible and fun attractions at our resort with the goal of creating new guest to the resort.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Enthusiastically promote the amenities of Mountain Creek/Action Park
* Coordinate and plan the daily activities & staffing for the Mobile Street Team
* Promotion and onsite sales of specific Resort Products
* Answer questions about the resort and the products and services we offer
* Tell new guests how to purchase our products and services
* Attract interest in the markets we designate
* Find the best locations to "park the bus" in the designated communities
* Change locations within the town if foot traffic is lacking
* Maximize exposure for the brand on each trip
* Report back to the Marketing Coordinator after each trip
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Represent the face of the Mountain Creek/Action Park brands in market
* Understand and impart information about the employee recruiting process
* Accurate accounting and tracking of sales and promotion
* Data collection
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills
* Possess a charismatic and outgoing personality
* Must have a valid driver's license that is not expired, suspended or revoked
* Must be able to work in a team environment
* Must exercise good judgement
* Must be able to work weekends
* Must be able to navigate in unfamiliar areas in the Mountain Creek/Action Park bus
* Unique or adventurous hobbies a plus
* Ability to speak other languages fluently is highly desired
* Local/statewide market knowledge is a plus
