Are you a polished hospitality professional with proven experience in high-end restaurant/bar/hotel industry? Sodexo has an exciting new opportunity for a General Manager 1 - Food to take a high-end airline club account within the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) to the next level! This airline club includes an upscale luxury bar and a complimentary food buffet line. The hours of operation are 5:30am to 12am, 7 days a week. Due to the nature of the account, some flexibility for scheduling is required.
The General Manager will ensure high-level service is provided to the VIP customer base. The manager will also be responsible for bartending four shifts weekly. We are seeking candidates with strong leadership skills, including ability to lead a team of bartenders and service attendants in achieving excellence in customer service and service delivery. Bartending and bar management experience with knowledge of mixology is required. The best qualified candidate will be a self-starter and will have exceptional customer service skills. Preferred skills include the ability to manage the financials, food and general safety requirements,
supply procurement, and staffing levels.

Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
