Great company in Covington is seeking an IT Help Desk Candidate to come in and help them. This is a temp to hire position, with an IT Services firm who supports many small businesses as their IT department.
Hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00p, pay targeted at $13/hr to start during the temp period.
Position requires the following:
experience with taking calls and helping people remotely with their computer challenges, including:
- Email Password resets
- Spyware & Malware removal
- Networking issues
Ideal candidate would have the following knowledge and experience:
- Active Directories
- Exchange Servers (Microsoft) related to Email
- Networking, Firewalls, Routers, Switches
- Industry standards and experience with problem solving for clients
Someone who can be focused on the clients needs at the time, while managing their workload and project work is critical.
