Responsibilities:

Admin Support Asst III
· Administrative support of two Directors to Vice President level associates from Card Partnerships
- Responsibilities include but not limited to calendar support, meeting logistics, booking travel, and expense management
· On-site point of contact for MVP plus executives and clients traveling to West Wacker
· Leadership and development role within current West Wacker admins
- Includes organizing training sessions, coordinating vacation schedules/coverage and overall project management/delegation
Office/Site Management
· Serve as Office Manager for 77 West Wacker
- Abilities include but not limited to streamlining CRE requests, oversight of Fire Wardens and emergency preparedness/evacuation planning, coordination of restacks/move requests (to include equipment requests), liaison with Corporate Security (badge access) and overall space management for All Hands/Town Halls and larger scale events held at West Wacker
· Administrative and strategic support of West Wacker Site Council
- Includes development and coordination of quarterly Site Council meetings and materials, support of site-wide training sessions (planning, on-site logistics, etc), oversight/coordination of Executive Speaker Series at West Wacker, oversight of site-wide event calendar to provide visibility to Chicago and Events and oversight of site communications and distribution lists

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification, or Military Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- At Least 2 years of experience in Administrative Responsibilities
- At Least 1 year of experience in Multi-tasking

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Software expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio
- At Least 5 years of experience in Administrative Responsibilities
- At Least 2 years of experience in Verbal and Written Communications
- At Least 2 years of experience in Multi-tasking
