Supplier Manager Customer Support Rep needed for a contract opportunity with an SAP Affiliated client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- The Supplier Manager supports the enablement of suppliers onto the network for buyer customers.
- This person manages the day to day interaction and follows up with suppliers to ensure that the suppliers are taking ownership of their Network Accounts and ultimately transacting on the Network with their customers.
- Supplier Manager will serve as the owner of a subset of assigned suppliers (about 250) throughout the enablement project.
- Supplier Manager will have regular interaction with internal supplier enablement team members to manage the enablement of suppliers according to the project plan.
- The role includes, but is not limited to: 30 calls / day, email communication, conducting trainings and strong time management.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Previous sales, customer support, or call center experience.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
