A licensed staff physical therapist is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, development, implementation, and revision of treatment programs as necessary. The staff physical therapist is also responsible for providing physical therapy to patients/customers throughout the lifespan and able to provide age-specific direct care/services to this population. In addition, the licensed staff physical therapist participates in clinical programs and interdepartmental activities within the organization. They also function as a clinical instructor in the student affiliation program.
