Manpower is is now recruiting a Manufacturing Control Systems and Robotics Engineer who responsible for programming, testing, installing, and maintaining automated production equipment. This person works closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Maintenance and other departments in order to increase production systems efficiency. Skills and Knowledge *Robotics / Electrical / Electronics / PLC / Controls Automation *Two or more years in Robotics programming with Fanuc robots *Two or more years in machine automation and control systems *Proficiency in PLC logic and HMI programming with Allen Bradley equipment and network communications such as ControlLogix, SLC, Panelview, Ethernet, and Devicenet highly preferred *Ability to create and interpret logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up preferred *Experience with servo controllers and motor controls preferred *Candidate must have an understanding and interest in the areas of system and mechanical engineering. Additionally the preferred applicant will have an understanding and interest in the following areas: oIndustrial networking (DeviceNet, Profibus, EtherNet/IP, ASI, Profibus, SERCOS, etc.) oSchematic and wiring diagram creation oSheet metal production methods including shearing, blanking, sawing, water-jet cutting, hot forming, surface treatments. Experience with production of parts produced from titanium sheet is highly desirable. oAerospace manufacturing and quality systems *Training and Education *Associates degree in Controls and Automation, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or sufficient experience *Project Management training
