Culinary Services Group, a Premier Food Service Management Company seeks a Cook Supervisor to work in the food service department of a private school in Timonium, MD. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, hands on culinary professional in a Premier Healthcare Community!
Ideal candidates will have some food production experience in a professional kitchen environment, the ability to operate all kitchen equipment, strong knife skills, be highly organized, and be extremely diligent in sanitation and cleanliness. Candidates should have the ability to successfully work both in a team-oriented environment and independently, be self-motivated & enthusiastic, and possess superior customer service skills with a "can do attitude." Culinary training preferred.
