Heartland Hospice Services of Blue Bell PA has an immediate need for a Full-time Hospice Admissions Nurse (servicing all 5 counties) 10am – 6pm salaried
The Admission Nurse coordinates data for input of OASIS and/or care plan process. Maintains compliance in accordance with current practice standards, physician's orders, agency policies and procedures, and local, state and federal regulations. This position is also accountable for the delivery of professional nursing services, within the scope of the professional's education and experience, in compliance with Heartland Home Health Care & Hospice corporate standards, federal and state laws. Educational Requirements:Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state and in good standing with the Board in which he/she will practice.
