Customer Service Representative

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Strongsville, OH! Job Responsibilities: * Answer or direct inquiries of incoming calls, serve as a key contact to end users or customers using or selling any client product * May solicit orders for merchandise or services over the phone. * May be involved in troubleshooting and resolving inquiries via telephone or e-mail and ensure all follow through necessary is done. Requirements: * Work experience or education in a particular field may be helpful or required. * Prior call center/helpdesk experience is preferred. * High School Diploma or equivalent required. Hours: Candidate will need to be able to work 8am-5pm for 4-6 weeks for training. The regular schedule will be M-F 9am-6pm.
