a world leader in electronic related products is seeking a Japanese/bilingual Corporate Planning Administrator to join their Valhalla, NY corporate office. The ideal candidate is one who thrive in a fast paced environment, can manage multiple tasks at once and have experience providing support to international staff. Additionally, to be successful in this position candidates must possess great research skills, the ability to see complex tasks through to completion and excellent customer service skills. Furthermore, candidates must have business planning and accounting experience. The company offers: * competitive salary and benefits package * full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance and PTO * bonus eligibility and room for advancement Some of the duties of the position are, but not limited to: * Handle a variety of administrative duties, including assisting with relocation-related matters for international staff * Obtain and ensure accurate maintenance of international staff records and files for compliance with local/federal laws * Support processing and maintenance of payroll records * Coordinate and ensure the filing of individual income tax returns are completed in timely manner * Support immigration programs to include visa renewal and gather information for E/L visa registration * Process and coordinate accounts payable and expense vouchers * Assist with car leases and set up of bank accounts * Arrange temporary accommodations * Coordinate and schedule tri-state real estate contacts * Obtain and maintain employee records * Assist with Visa, I-9, Passport, I-94 * Provide guidance related to Social Security registration * Assist with rental agreements Experience Required: * MUST BE BILINGUAL JAPANESE/ENGLISH * 3-5 years experience in administration support * Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
