What you will be doing
- Assist in ensuring that IHR customer service and beverages standards are met.
- Promote and serve food and/or beverages to customers, according to IHG standards and state laws in a safe, accident-free manner.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- You should be hospitable, welcoming, and offer friendly guest service.
- Communication and hospitality skills are must haves.
- Ability to use Squirrel machine (POS system).
- Full knowledge of state liquor laws.
- Schedule varies; must be available 7 nights a week 4:00pm - 1:00am, primarily weekends.
- A minimum of two years high-volume / high-end food & beverage experience.
- Hotel background is a plus.
