Server:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Arrives to work in Full dress guidelines, looking professional.
Greets all guests sincerely with a warm smile, and provide superior guest service.
Full menu knowledge.
Verbally describes food and beverages and suggests food pairing.
Checks ID's of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
Process all transactions accurately using POS terminal and provide all guests with receipt.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times, including service stations.
Follows laws and regulations from the state and other agencies regarding food safety and alcohol.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Education/Training:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age.
Must possess service and communication skills.
Must be friendly and passionate about the guest experience.
Organized and possess a strong work ethic.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Must have basic math skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule; including evenings weekends and holidays.
Experience in a full-service restaurant preferred but not required.
