Call Center Rep will be feilding 60-100 calls per day for specific Mercer clients internal employees. Employees will call with questions on 401K, Health and Benefits, Defined Contributions (Pensions)how to sign up, how to cancel, makes changes to investment amounts, sign up for benefits, make changes to benefits, and will also be responsible for answering questions or escalating calls when needed. Candidate will then enter the information from the call into the database.

This position is an inbound call center educating and enrolling employees on Health and Benefits Enrollments for the 2016 plan year.
Very busy call center environment
Anticipate tough questions and discussions around cost of benefits increasing, coverage's decreasing, and changes due to Health Care reform.
Commitment to here through the full assignment through January with opportunities to convert to full time employee

Number of openings: 180 for Norwood. First anticipated start date is August 3rd
