Gator's Cafe & Saloon is now currently seeking a part time Servers and Hostesses! We are looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about customer service and are motivated by working as a valuable member of a team.
SERVERS
* Great guests and make them feel welcome
* Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
* Take beverage and food orders
* Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
* Regularly check-in with guests to ensure a positive dining experience
* Clear dirty dishes from table
* Refill beverages throughout the meal
* Deliver guest's bill and thank them for dining at the restaurant
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in a full-service restaurant
* Must possess superior guest service and communication skills
* Must be friendly and passionate about the guest experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Ability to multi task with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to withstand prolonged standing, walking and lifting and/or moving objects up to 40 pounds
* Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
