Marketing Coordinator for graphics company located in the Costa Mesa CA area.

This is a long-term Temporary position, with possibility of Temporary to Hire; pay to $13/hr, depending on experience. Hours 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Business casual environment.

Responsibilities:
Administrative assistance with answering phones (take messages or direct calls to voicemail); typing, filing, etc.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients with goal to make 5-8 appointments a week for the owner. Be positive, cheerful, and pleasantly persistent when making calls.
Assistant with managing social media.
Down the road (if hired by company) - learn to provide quotes to customers, go out in the field to make sales calls/visit clients
Everyone in the company pitches in to keep the offices/studio clean, including bathroom and kitchenette area.
Meet/greet people who come into the offices (limited foot traffic).

Requirements:
Min 1 year Administrative experience
BA in Communications or Marketing is preferred
Excellent Customer Service skills and experienced making outbound calls
Intermediate level MS Word and Excel
Familiar with social media - they have a facebook page that will be updated periodically with pictures and comments
