Bay Nursing, Inc., a well-established Home Care Agency located in Romeo MI, is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health Care Team. This position will service our patients in their home and in various assisted living facilities located in Central and Southern Macomb County.

Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
* Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
* Collaborate with all disciplines to select activity program consistent with needs and capabilities of individual and to coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities.
* Provide treatment and adaptations in the areas of: gross motor, fine motor in sensorimotor, cognitive, visual/perceptual, educational, recreational, and social activities designed to help patients develop or regain physical or mental functioning or adjust to disabilities.
Minimum requirements for this position:
* Master's Degree (M.S. in Occupational Therapy)
* One to two years related experience and/or training
* Certification as on Occupational Therapist with AOTA registered in the State of Michigan.
Compensation for this position is paid per visit and includes mileage reimbursement among a generous benefits package.
