Wholesale Operational Risk and Compliance (WORC) collaborates with Wholesale LOBs, Corporate Risk teams and other constituents in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Operational Risk, Financial Crimes, Compliance, and Testing & Validation programs. WORC has an exciting opportunity to join the New York team and provide key administrative and office support to our growing team. The individual will be critical in working with other administrative professionals supporting Senior WORC leadership and teams. Other duties include, but are not limited to: booking and amending travel reservations, completing and tracking expense reports, mailing and shipping needs, scheduling and coordinating business meetings and events, maintaining contact lists, assisting with special projects, ordering supplies, on-boarding new team members, contractors, and consultants (ordering new equipment/software, ensuring appropriate floor access, etc.) and a willingness and flexibility to work as a member of this team.

3+ years administrative support experience. 7+ years of Administrative Assistant experience Banking/Financial Services administrative experience providing support to 3-5 senior managers, as well as providing general team support. Experience with coordinating and managing calendars and meetings. Experience with Wells Fargo systems such as Concur, Time Tracker, eProcurement, BOTS, WANDA , and Staples Link. Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with completing expense reports, booking travel, working with organizational charts and tracking PTO/vacation time necessary. Experience with handling office needs (supply ordering, office organization of desks and cubicles, copier maintenance, handling invoices, etc) necessary. Must be a team player with the desire to grow and learn with strong work ethic. Demonstrated ability to support a large team with minimal supervision. Proactive in thinking. Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures. Experience coordinating and managing projects. Experience with Visio and SharePoint. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload in a very fast paced environment. Demonstrated ability to hold information in strict confidence. Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management. Good oral and written communication skills.
