Want to see the world? Want to work on very specialized and interested construction projects. If so, I am actively seeking a Project Foreman for a client of mine that does projects for; university's, the government and what is really cool Disney. My client has equipment on most rides at Disney.

This company is is located near Kennett Square, PA about 45 minutes Philadelphia. Their is a 40,000 square-foot facility and has 50 full-time employees. The expertise of their talented team covers all aspects of design, implementation, and use, including engineering services, manufacturing, installation and production. No other company provides such comprehensive development services within their specialized market. As a complete integrator of they provide full service design/engineering services. Their unique architectural services include design, fabrication and installation of some of the most innovative structures in the world. This company has been in business for 60+ years and has grown to become the largest supplier in their industry. This company has done over 2,000 installations worldwide.

The Project Foreman will be responsible for supervising the installation of specialized equipment and construction for projects both domestic and overseas (this is very important, if unable to travel whenever this would not be the right role for you). Will be at customer sites from mobilization through customer acceptance. Specific responsibilites include; acting as the on-site representative to the customer for all matters related to the construction, select and train the locally hired crew in the proper installation, prepare and approve time sheets for all crew members showing hours worked, evaluate the performance of each crew member, replace crew members who do not perform to standards, ensure that all work is performed safely and in accord with applicable government labor and health & safety rules, inspect construction progress on a daily basis for quality and schedule, report any technical problems and perform an acceptance review with the customer at the end of the installation.

In order to be successful in the Project Foreman role this person should have; the ability to travel extensively with NO ISSUES which will include long term travel domestically and internationally. Be hands-on and have previous experience as a working Foreman or working Supervisor. Must have or have the ability to obtain passport. Preferred experience includes experience of installation and assembly of fabricated structures.
