Project Engineer

Job Description:

Leading cross-functional, multi-site/multi-national engineering and engineering support teams toward on-time delivery of customer deliverables and products.

Developing detailed resource-loaded schedules and working closely with IPT members in driving to that schedule and conducting critical path assessments

Managing earned value and reporting status and recovery plans

Leading risk and opportunity management, schedule & cost assessment, and scope management

Coordinating and utilization of resources of the global ESC team in Phoenix AZ, Bangalore India, to effectively meet customer requirements,

Communicating project status, issues, etc., in line with reporting process guidelines, to various stakeholders

Participating in activities related to improvement of project management processes and tools

Leads identification of barriers and risk factors that may inhibit or impede the project, lead IPT in defining mitigation strategies.

Ensures that work scheduled in the project plan aligns with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
