Our client located in Mountlake Terrace is seeking 3 Operations Representatives to join their team.
$13-$15
They are looking for a highly-motivated individual who would provide excellent customer service to their customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
-Provide operational support for retail branch staff members
-Process payments, payoffs and payoff quotes
-Print and mail daily notices and statements
-Upload, fund and review a variety of consumer loan products
-Balance and reconcile accounts & GL's
-Assist with general service and operational tasks
