Job Title: Participant Services Representative

Location: Norwood, MA

Hourly Rate: $15.25/hr ($14/hr during training for 5 weeks)

Training: 5 weeks

Shifts: 9-6, 10-7, 11-8, 12-9, 1-10

Duration: Contract to hire opportunity

Position overview:

The Participant Services Representative will be responsible for fielding 60-100 calls per day to educate and enroll employees on Health and Benefits Enrollments for the 2016 plan year.

Employees will call with questions on 401K, Health and Benefits, Defined Contributions (Pensions), how to sign up, how to cancel, makes changes to investment amounts, sign up for benefits, make changes to benefits, and will also be responsible for answering questions or escalating calls when needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years Customer service experience in call center, retail, food service, hotel, hospitality etc.
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Bachelor���s Degree or some college coursework completed
• Strong data entry and typing skills
