Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for Duncan Regional Hospital located in Duncan, Oklahoma.
Duncan Regional Hospital has a state-wide reputation as one of the premiere Oklahoma hospitals for medical excellence, advanced technology and nationally recognized high levels of patient satisfaction.
The hospital is located in southwest Oklahoma in the city of Duncan, 2 hours from Dallas and 1.5 hours from Oklahoma City. Duncan Regional Hospital is a 145-bed nationally accredited hospital.
The Retail Manager at this location will be responsible in managing the daily operations of the very busy Retail Cafe, oversight of a Chick-fil-A express venue and many catering functions and services.
The Retail Manager will be responsible for customer service, Sodexo retail programs, training and development of client staff and client relations. This is a new position added to our due to a growth in our sales!
This position will report to the GM and maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Position Summary
Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. May assume General Manager's (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/Human Resources (HR) functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
