A world-renowned fashion leader in Downtown LA has outstanding immediate opportunities for bilingual Call Center Representatives. Candidates must have call center experience and be fluent in Spanish to be considered for the role. As Call Center Representative, you will respond to and address customer inquires and needs as you liaise with clients, facilitate order verifications, and manage third party vendors.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with a strong ability to stay ten steps ahead, respond to unexpected changes, and interface with clients through telephone and other forms of correspondence. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your strong interpersonal skills, develop your knowledge of an exciting industry, and gain exposure to marketing and business development!
We are seeking Customer Service Representative with:
* Strong call center experience
* Ability to read, speak and write English and Spanish
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Warm, personable demeanor and a polished phone manner
* Energetic and team-oriented with a positive, can do attitude
* Strong decision-making skills to review and work web-based orders
* Experience with manual fraud review is a plus but not required
Hours: Monday-Friday 6AM-5PM, Saturdays 7AM-4PM
