Leading Los Angeles Firm is seeking a temp to hire Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic, top-performing team. This role will work with order verifications and customer inquiries under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times. The ideal candidate will be a warm, detail-oriented multi-tasker with a customer service-oriented demeanor and a desire to take initiative and learn new skills. Ability to read, write and speak both Spanish and English is required.
Hours for this position will be Monday thru Friday 11am to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities will include:
* Oversee all aspects of order processing and verification including walk-in orders, order audits and shipping and maintenance reports
* Manage cash handling and order payment process
* Respond to inquiries and concerns from internal and external customers
* Collaborate with multiple levels of staff and management to ensure that orders are processes accurately and on time
* Take charge of additional projects as needed
Requirements include:
* 2+ years of experience handling high volumes of cash; previous customer service experience
* Previous experience as a bank teller or in finance
* Ability to read, speak and write English and Spanish required
* Warm, personable demeanor and a polished phone manner
* Strong decision making skills to review and manage customer orders
* Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and exceptional analytical skills
