• Facilitating and monitoring the incoming and outgoing transfer of client accounts; serve as the main communication point between the Account Transition team and internal and external partners
• Contacting contra firms to inquire about reclaims/outgoing/incoming transfers
• Review account transfer documents and interpret settlement requirements based upon asset types held within the account
• Monitor client accounts for receipt of assets and reconcile
• Respond promptly and accurately to client service request/ inquires Skills:
• Strong customer service and relationship skills
• Ability to work in a time sensitive work environment, adhering to deadlines
• Attention to detail including strong research skills
• Strong PC skills: proficient in MS Office Suite Additional Details:
• Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
• Hours: Full Time
• Employment Type: Contract
• Limited medical and dental coverage for contractors and their families available immediately
