Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Responsibilities:

* Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls taking payments on behalf of Comcast and Time Warner Cable
* Primary duty is to collect payments and resolve customer service related issues
* Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
* Heavy data entry and database navigating
* Maintain highest level of customer service
* Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

1st Shift: $12

2nd shift: $12.50
