Healthcare Enrollment Rep/Data Entry Rep

Aerotek is currently seeking Healthcare Customer Support Representives to assist a large, national healthcare client with their Open-Enrollment season. We are searching for candidates for two roles:

• Inbound Enrollment Specialists
• Data Entry Specialists

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound Enrollment Specialists will be taking inbound calls, and assisting customers with their basic enrollment process by taking down their information an entering it into the system. Representatives may be asked to answer questions or direct customers to the proper resources.

Data Entry Specialists will assist in completion of Enrollment documentation and information behind the Inbound Enrollment team.

REQUIREMENTS

* Enrollment Specialists: Customer Service Experience - Call Center or Medical employer with heavy call volume
* Data Entry Specialists: Data Entry Experience - Ability to pass 10-Key Data Entry & Alphanumeric Key Stroke Tests

POSITION DETAILS

* Shifts are typically 8-5 or within a 30 minute variation, Mondya - Friday. *Weekends are not typical, if ever.
* $10.00 per hour for standard 40 hours before overtime.
* Expectations may be amended by your supervisor.
