About this job



Clearwater manufacturing company needs an experienced Phone Sales Representative who can discuss the business directly to existing and new customers through inbound/outbound telephone calls.

Duties include:

• Initiates and answers inbound and outbound calls from both new and existing customers
• Accepts orders and enters them in the system
• Explain products or services to existing and new customers.
• Prospects for new customers, deliver scripted sales pitch and adjust the sales pitch to meet the needs of specific customers.
• Convert leads to sales to meet sales goals as determined by manager or supervisor
• Handle customer questions and provide pricing details with limited ability to negotiate pricing.
• Enter notes into a computer, including dates for follow-up calls.
• Ensure contracts and associated documents are properly executed.
• Assist in ensuring all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic and correct manner.
• Follow up to ensure sales paperwork is returned within a specific period of time.



Requirements Include:

• Six (6) months experience with inbound & outbound telesales or customer service
• Job stability

• Ability and willingness to understand basic electrical principals and technical terms
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Excellent Verbal, and Written Communication Skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Temporary/Contract position

$12/HR.
