direct patient care patient assessments education groups on medications and patient health patient safety assisting the physicians documenting on the patient's behaviors and conditions initial treatments plans and updates code response addressing patient needs and concerns actively participating in the multi-disciplinary treatment team participates in department and facility quality improvement activities other duties as assigned
Education : Associates degree in nursing or BSN
License : current and valid Ohio RN License
Previous experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment facility preferred.
