Personal Loan Customer Service Reps;
Personal Loan Customer Service Specialist:
• Service the customer by responding to their inquiries by mail and/or telephone.
• Research and analyze customer problems.
• Maintains records of problems and inquiries handled.
• Makes adjustments to customer accounts, including discretionary authority to satisfy the customer for which is reasonable.

Qualifications

Amazing Personal Loans Customer Service Reps have;
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Good decision making and time management
• Positive attitude and a desire to provide quality service to customers
• Sales experience, but not limited to only customer service experience
If you have provided GREAT Customer Service in any of the following areas, wed love to meet you;
