Job Description:
Aerotek is looking to hirer delivery drivers for a warehouse distribution company. The company is looking for candidate with great customer service skills and 2 years of route driving experience.
Drivers will be in 20 and 24 ft box trucks. They will be aiming to make 20-30 stops a day. Candidate must have knowledge of the DMV area.
The companies big focus is customer experience with the drivers. They hold their drivers to high level of accountability for delivering wrong product and accidents. Candidate must help bring product into customers building.
Must have 2 years of route delivery driving experience. Be able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
Work schedule is Monday-Saturday. Work Environment: The environment is a changing culture because before management did not have a high level of accountability. They have put new management in place to change the culture. They are looking for individuals who have driven by performance rather then annual raises. There big focus is customers delivery experience.
Value Prop: Can work up to 70hrs a week if they want. quarter bonuses based on company preformance and yearly individual evaluations. Positive employee experience. Qualifications: 2 years of delivery driver experience from a distribution environment making at least 15 stops a day.
