Experis Finance has an immediate opportunity for an Accounting Manager/ Funds Management Accountant!

Description:

This position will play an integral role in the corporate/ financial close month-end closing process, including journal entry preparation, intercompany account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and regulatory reporting. This individual will also provide a strong professional presence and superior technical accounting and reporting expertise.

Successful Accounting consultants should possess knowledge and experience in the following or related fields:
O Certifications, CPA preferred
O Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business/Economics or in subject area
O Minimum 5 years experience
O SEC reporting compliance
O Derivatives and funds managements experience
O Public accounting or Big 4 experience preferred
O Superior technical accounting and reporting skills
O Regulatory Reporting and GAAP reporting experience
O Strong process skills and proven ability to interact with all levels of an organization
O Exceptional analytical and organizational skills. Able to analyze, evaluate and move quickly to support rapid decision making
O Strong Excel skills
O Experience with large systems including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft etc
O Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
O Willingness and ability to travel preferred
