The Acquisition team is seeking a dynamic marketer/analyst to join our team to be responsible for leading the progression of the strategic digital roadmap to plan, execute and analyze the development of evolving from channel based targeting to consumer centric targeting across all online and offline channels.This position requires a unique mix of skill sets, as the responsibilities require deep knowledge of complex analytical test design, navigating credit bureau management, digital media and direct mail contact strategy and segmentation. Responsibilities will include leading a cross functional team of both internal and external business partners and agencies to conduct proof of concepts, and ultimately build upon those proofs of concept to build out the Prospect Marketing Platform and construct the Next Generation Prospect Database that will combine offline and online data at the individual level.This person will help drive significant changes in budget allocation between mail and digital channels as tests an proofs of concept that this person is responsible for dictate change in marketing allocation.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and execute test designs, formulating proofs of concept in creating integration between online and offline targeting.Develop strategy with best of bread media companies, credit bureaus, database providers and data onboarders that focuses on expanding reach to prospects.Lead cross functional work group of business partners across Marketing, Risk, Credit Bureau Team, Law, Privacy, Analytics and external partners to develop the Prospect Marketing Platform, combining online and offline data at the individual level with the ability to target and execute media or mail.Work with indiviual channel subject matter experts to execute digital and mail campaigns against over arching strategy, driving towards increasing reach and accounts, and influencing sizeable digital and direct mail spend.Skills RequiredStrong communication skills and ability to lead business partner discussionsSelf-starter, entrepreneurial who enjoys working in fast-paced and cross functional environmentDetailed oriented with strong quantitative and organizational skillsStrong problem solver and highly developed analytical skills with proven execution track recordSuperior interpersonal skills.
